- MOBINOVAS is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, weather conditions, or public holidays.
- Customs clearance or import restrictions.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Costs & Taxes
5.1 Domestic & International Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
- Express shipping rates are higher than standard shipping.
5.2 Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, MOBINOVAS is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

6.2 Damaged Packages

7. Address Changes & Delivery Issues
7.1 Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

- If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address or redirect the package.
7.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

- Return the package to us.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

- If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will:
