2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you via email with alternative options or a full refund.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • MOBINOVAS is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Natural disasters, weather conditions, or public holidays

    • Customs clearance or import restrictions

    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

5. Shipping Costs & Taxes

5.1 Domestic & International Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

  • Express shipping rates are higher than standard shipping.

5.2 Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are imposed by their country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

6.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, MOBINOVAS is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

  • If your package is missing, please:

    • Check with neighbors or household members.

    • Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

6.2 Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please:

    • Take clear photos of the package and the damaged item.

7. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

7.1 Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address or redirect the package.

7.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

    • Return the package to us.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


8. Order Cancellation & Refunds for Delivery Issues

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

  • If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will:

    • Contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).

    • Issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) if reshipment is not requested.
